Strong clean data for first 5.3 seconds (>10 dB SNR). This might be my favorite
segment of nearly-centered data. A beam switch at 5.3 seconds. Power drops by
~6 dB. Data continue from 5.3-20.3 seconds. At 20.3 seconds, exactly 15
seconds after the first beam switch, another beam switch. Signal drops by
another 4 dB.

Excellent 56-second data set with clean frames. Four apparent beam shifts.

At t0 = 22:
beta: 1.33809e-05

end1_20220520: STARLINK-2345
Strong signals for first 7 seconds. Clearly positioned at upper edge of band.

At t0 = 0:
beta = -1.47343880972339e-05;

end2_chatty_20220520: STARLINK-1728
Moderately strong from 0 to 15 seconds, then from 30 to 50 sec, then from 70 to
110 seconds. Maximum power around 87 seconds. Quick frames from 90 to end.

Long but weak: only 1-2 dB.

start2_20220520.bin

Strong near beginning -- first 0.5 seconds at >7 dB. Then 3dB from 18 to
30. Then 4 dB from 60 to 90.

At t0 = 0:
beta = -1.33205456095482e-05;
